The noise from grass cutting started early every morning, disrupting our sleep. It was particularly frustrating, considering we paid for this fantastic view. Additionally, the waiters crowding the table post-meal felt invasive, and I often had to ask them to step back repeatedly.

The dining options, although decent, often fall short of true Mediterranean cuisine, with limited Greek dishes on the menu, which feels mismatched given the setting. Additionally, the cold pool water temperatures can detract from enjoyment on particularly warm days. Housekeeping could be more consistent. some rooms received only cursory cleaning, which might not meet expectations for a four-star property. Noise levels can fluctuate during peak hours, especially near bar areas, affecting overall relaxation. Lastly, there seemed to be some confusion about the all-inclusive package—it felt restrictive with a limited drink selection.

This place was an excellent fit for a flash stay in Protaras with real value for money. The staff's efficiency and friendliness really stood out during my stay. Be aware of the drink ordering system. it can be a bit frustrating at meal times.
